Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You may exchange if item is in new, clean, unused condition.

We do not offer a refund for change of mind but you can swap for an item of equal value or you can be provided with a credit note to spend at a future date.

We will provide a refund or exchange if an item provided to you is faulty.

For postage services, postage is currently free within Australia upon purchase. Item will be sent to you at no cost. For returns you will need to cover the postage costs yourself and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for return postage.

Make sure you include your contact details: Full name, email number, phone number and postal address. You will also need to provide a self addressed prepaid satchel for posting a replacement item.  Ensure you describe which item you would like returned in exchange.

When ordering online, you will receive an email notification with an order number. Your items will be held for you.

You can pay by direct deposit. Please include in your receipt your name and the order number. You can also pay by credit card over the phone. Call Suzie on 0425 639 989

If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, the order will be cancelled unless otherwise advised.
